Ego

I want to scribble on Ego for sometime. I forgot the definition of Ego taught in psychology class. What I undetstand Ego is as follows...

Whenever, you identify yourself with something. That identity will be ego, will cause ego. For example, I am an engineer. But essentially, I am not an engineer. Essentially, I am I. Just an existence, a being. But we keep on identifying. Whole life we identify our self with what we are not. This is where ego pops up. And sometimes ego is very subtle. If someone is polite, you can say he doesn't have ego. But that's not always right. Even a polite people can have ego. They have ego of politeness. A good person can have ego of goodness. I have seen such people. And sometimes, their ego of politness is even greater than ego of someone's rusty nature. At even more abstract level, you can say ego is negative truth. Negativity of truth is ego. Wherever there is no truth, ego persists. Because only false identity remains in that case.

बुद्धत्व

अगर हमें बुद्धत्व न मिले तो ये समझाना की सारा जीवन व्यर्थ हुआ। हमने बहोत काम किया और अगर आत्मज्ञान न मिले तो फिर सारा जीवन व्यर्थ है। मिलने की बात तो तब जब हमने ये मान लिया की हमने सत्य को खो दिया है। ऐसा हो सकता है की हमने सत्य को कभी खोया ही न हो और बेकार मे ढूंढ रहे हों। ये ज्ञान की बात है। प्रायोगिक रूम पे तुम सत्य को खोजो। जंगल मे खोजो, मन्दिर मे खोजो...जहाँ मन वहां खोजो। बद्ध भी खोजे थे जंगल मे। जंगल मे ऐसा क्या है? की सारे ब्रह्मज्ञानी जंगल भाग गए। सत्य का जंगल से कुछ भी लेना देना नही है। अगर जंगल जाने से ही सत्य मिले तो फिर जंगल ही सत्य है। सत्य राजमहलों मे भी मिल सकता था। अगर पात्रता है तो राजमहलों मे भी मिलेगा। तो फिर बुद्ध जंगल क्यों भाग गए ? वो वही जाने।

पर अति पारमार्थिक ज्ञान यही कहता है की खूजने की जरुरत नही है। पर इसे तुम सैद्धान्तिकअ मत ले लेना। सिद्धांत कोई बहोत अच्छी चीज नही है। थोरा बहोत सिद्धांतवादी होना ठीक है। जादा सिद्धांतवादी मत बनना। नही तो फिर सिद्धांत मे ही फेस रह जाओगे। हमें सत्य मिला ही हुआ है यह कोई सिद्धांत नही है। यह तुम्हारी प्रतीति होनी चाहिए। आश्चर्य है की हवाओं का एक झोका बहे और हमें ज्ञान न मिले । आश्चर्य है की कोयल की गूँज हमारे काने मे गूंजे और और हमें सत्य न मिले। आश्चर्य है की हम हरे भरे लहलहाते खेल खलिहानों को देखे और हमें ज्ञान न मिले। आश्चर्य है की पक्षियों की चहचहाहट हम सुने दे और हमें ज्ञान ने मिले। एक पत्ता काफ़ी हो सकता है सत्य को पाने के लिए। तुम एक पत्ते को सिर्फ़ एक पत्ता मत समझ लेना। उसमे सारा रहस्य छिपा है। वो पत्ता कहाँ से आया? अगर तुम उस पत्ते को भी पकर लो तो वो तुम्हे सत्य तक पहुँचा सकता है। पर इसके ज्ञान चाहिए। परिपक्वा चैतन्य चाहिए। जो बुद्ध के पास था। जो जीसस के पास था। हमारे पास नही है यह हमारी मान्यता है, सत्य नही है।

Newton's first law applied to karma

Newton's first law is highly philosophical. Newton's second law is mathematical. Third law is a fact. Newton's first law says if an object is moving, it will continue to move with same velocity in the same direction unless you exert an external force on it. One of the very fine observation Newton did. But, it can be also applied to our daily work with little bit of modification. Suppose you are doing some work. You are doing... That means it will complete surely. Since there is no external factor which can stop it. So whatever is happening that means it happened. It's negation is also true. Not happening means, it didn't happen. Happening means, it happened. Now lets take an example. Suppose I am filling a glass with water. Now when glass is being filled, how can I say that it is filled? It's being filled, but not yet filled. And if I stop the tap glass will be not filled. It appears to be contradicting but actually it's not the case. When the glass is being filled if you don't stop the tap it will fill always. In your mind you are thinking that I may stop the tap. That's the external force. If you exert external force it may not fill. But then reverse will be true. That is you never wanted the glass to fill and it didn't fill. In you mind u were saying will not fill, will not fill, will not fill...and it couldn't fill.So, it's same thing. Whether you want it to fill or not to fill. So, that's why I say - whatever is happening will happen. And since it will happen you can say it happened. So, if something is happening that means it happened. If a dried leaf is falling from the tree that means it fell. It is bound to fall. But an acute observer will treat it has already fallen. That is what happens with humanity. The death of one person represents the death of whole of the humanity. No body could survived everlasting. That is what happened with Buddha. He saw a dead body, he understood. He left. We don't understand anything. Our consciousness is not that ripe as Buddha, as Jesus. But it can be made so just by understanding Newton's law. We were taught Newton's laws several times. But no one taught us the deep meaning of Newton's first law. That's the reason I don't consider our education system as complete education system. We have been taught in a hurry. The teacher was always in hurry to finish the syllabus. Teach them less, but teach them better. Give them time to assimilate the things. Don't just ask them to memorize equations and vomit in exams. Then they will expore. Newton's law is not the final theory of the universe. They will develop more theory. I am in search of a unified general theory of physics which will describe the nature in every possible manner. Frm micro to marco. From low speed to high speed.

The flower and the stone

Which one is more beautiful - the flower or the stone? Flower has a life. Stone doesn't. Flower is beautiful stone is not so. However, stone is stronger than the flower. A wind can take away the flower but not the stone. So definitely, the stone is more stronger than flower. A stone can harm someone. It has no feeling. Flower will never cause any harm. On the contrary it will be the source of happiness, the source of liveliness. I will always suggest to become like flower. Because, the stone has no life whereas flower is full of life, full of beauty, full of fragrance. A stone has no fragrance. There is a hope in the flower. Stone has no hope. A flower has a chance to go to temple on the lord's feet. One someone's hair. There are infinite possibility for the flower. Stone however is dusty, jerky rutty etc.

The Philosophy of Love

Where are we drifting...? It is a journey without any destination. There appears to be no destination. Only journey exists. A travel... a march... a voyage. No voyage ever ended. If journey was started then it has to end. But it appears to be an eternal journey which will never end. If it had to ended then it would have ended. And since it didn't end that means it will never end. So much time has elapsed. Travel in time in the backward direction. Go back in the history. Infinite years of history exist behind us. And infinite years of future is ahead of us. And between this two extremal only present exists. Perhaps, the only thing which ever existed was this very present moment. Present is nothing but the transcended form of past and future. When both past and future are transcended, the present persists. We do so many things. So many things we did. For what? To attain the stability. The moment you do something, you essentially try to nullify the cause of that work. This is tricky. Extremely tricky. The very nature of any kind of work is to nullify it's existence. Because the very core of the existence is void. Therefore, all our activity drifts towards the nullification of the existence. Any task or work tries to nullify it's cause. So, the whole humanity, infact the whole universe drifts towards the void. We may not observe it casually. But when you think calmly you would see it. Let me put few examples to support this fact. When I eat, that means I am nullifying the cause which had forced me to eat. So, after I eat that cause doesn't exist anymore. That was the purpose of eating. By eating I simply nullified the cause which had forced me to eat. It universally applies everywhere. We read so that we don't have to read that again. And this process is done best by love. Because love is an expression of heart. Heart doesn't know any mathematics. Mind knows mathematics. Then it will start calculating. And moment you calculate you cannot nullify the cause. The easiest way to nullify the cause is to transcend it. And nothing can transcend better than love. Therefore love has to be transcendental. Only a pure transcendental love can nullify the cause of existence and merge with truth. Mind cannot transcend. Because, it will be trapped in calculations. So, your love should be of very high order. Like Romeo and Juliet.

The reason why most of love marriage breaks is the absence of pure love. Love marriage will blossom only when they have pure love. Love marriage is a beautiful thing. But make sure you love him/her like anything. You can cross all the boundaries for him/her. In order to get him/her you are ready to even die. That much degree of love is required. You should cross the mountains, rivers, desserts for her. The other parameter of love is the sacrifice with no expected returns. Love her unconditionally. However, it doesn't seem feasible in today's world where everybody knows the language of RoL. Lol.

राम

हिंदू संस्कृति मे जितना नाम सम्मान राम को दिया गया है उतना सम्मान और किसी को नही दिया गया है। सारा हिंदुत्व राम पर टिका हुआ है। अगर तुम भारत की संस्कृति से राम को हटा दो तो फिर उसमे कुछ खास नही बचता। हमें बचपन से सिखाये जाते हैं की राम जैसा बन। हुन्दुस्तान ने सिर्फ़ इतिहास की तरफ़ देखा है। हमारा इतिहास अच्छा था। की कभी राम हुआ होगा। पर वर्तमान बहोत ख़राब है. अब राम लाखो साल पहले हुए। और हम लाखों साल से राम के गीत गा रहे हैं। राम नाम जप रहे हैं। राम से भी अच्छे आदमी हुए होंगे। जिनका हमें कुछ भी नही पता। क्योंकि उनके बारे मे कोई अयन नही लिखा गया था। ऐसा नही की नही लिखा जा सकता tha, नही लिखा गया। राम ने काफ़ी अच्छे काम किए। इस से हमें क्या फर्क परता है। बहुतों ने बहोत अच्छे अच्छे काम किए हैं और किए होंगे। तो? अच्छा का वोही सिद्धांत था की अच्छाई अपने जगह पर होती है। इसका मतलब ये नही की हम उसे पकर लें। हमने राम को लाखों वर्षों से पकर के रखा है। कुछ भी कोई तो राम ने ऐसा किया था। हिन्दुओं की साड़ी चेतनाएं राम के इर्द गिर्द घूमती हैं। राम ने ऐसा किया तो हम भी ऐसा करेंगे। हमने सिर्फ़ इतिहास मे झाँका है। हमारा कोई भविष्य नही है। बस हमारा इतिहास स्वर्णमय था। और उसी के बारे मे गीत हो रहते हैं। की अब कोई राम पैदा नही हो सकता है। अब राम या राम से अच्छे व्यक्ति के पैदा होने अब कोई भी सम्भावना नही है. अब कोई भी आदमी पैदा हो वो राम जैसा नही हो सकता है । क्योंकि राम मनुष्य जाती की सर्वोत्तम पराकाष्टा का नाम है। हमारा कोई भी भविष्य नही है। बस हमारा अतीत अच्छा था। इतने सारे वेद, उपनिषद, पुराण इस बात के गवाह हैं। हिन्दुस्तान की पास जितने धार्मिक ग्रन्थ हैं उतने पुरी दुनिए मे नही होंगे। लेकिन इसका मतलब ये नही की हम भी बहोत धार्मिक हैं। हिन्दुस्तान मे हजार चोर पैदा होते हैं तो फिर एक राम पैदा होता है। पाश्चात्य देशों मे राम कम पैदा होते हैं पर वहां चोर भी कम पैदा होते हैं। हिन्दुस्तान मे साधुओं और संयासिओं की संख्या इतनी जादा इसलिए है क्योंकि यहाँ चोरों की संख्या भी बहोत जादा है। साधू और चोर का बहोत ही पारस्परिक सम्बन्ध है। साधू वहीँ पैदा होते हैं जहाँ चोर पैदा होते हैं। चोरों के बिना साधू का क्या प्रयोजन? साधू का काम ही यही है की चोर को उसके पापों से मुक्त करना। तो हमने राम जैसे मानव इसलिए पैदा किए की हमारे पास चोरों की संख्या बहोत जादा हो गई थी। चोर इतने जादा हो गए थे की राम को आना पारा। राम हमारी परम्परा के धरोहर तो हैं हिं, मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम हैं, पर उनसे हमारे समाज की निकृष्टतम स्वरुप की रूपरेखा भी झलकती है - जैसे की रावण।

प्रेम

जैसा की मैंने कहा था की प्रेम का निस्वार्थ होना जरुरी है। निस्वार्थ प्रेम की कसौटी है। अगर प्रेम मे थोरा भी स्वार्थ है तो वो प्रेम नही है। फिर वो वासना है। इंग्लैंड मे जब औद्योगिक क्रांति हुई तो प्रेम का समाज मर गया। समय कम हो गया। प्रेम करने के लिए समय चाहिए । अब समय कहाँ हैं? सुबह से लेके शाम तक तो हम अपने काम काज मे व्यस्त रहते हैं। काम इतना महत्वपूर्ण हो गया की प्रेम की अभिव्यक्ति भी काम करने से होने लगी। शाम के बाद भी हमें चैन कहाँ। रात्रि मे तो हम भोजन करते हैं, टीवी देखते हैं, ऑरकुट करते हैं, फिर सो जाते हैं। फिर हमने प्रेम किया कब? २४ घंटे के समय मे हमारे पास १० मिनट भी नही बचता है प्रेम करने के लिए। हम हमेसा कुछ करते रहते हैं। हमेसा। और जन्म, जन्मान्तर, कल्प, कल्पान्तर तक करते रहते हैं। और भी हमें कुछ नही मिलता है। मैंने आजतक ऐसे एक भी व्यक्ति से नही मिला जो कुछ नही कर रहा है। जेसुस ने कुछ नही किया होगा। बुद्ध ने कुछ नही किया होगा। कुछ नही किया और सब कुछ हुआ। हम किए और कुछ भी नही हुआ। हम करते ही रह गए। प्रेम का हमें कुछ भी नही पता चल paaya। आज के समाज का जो प्रेम है वो रात का प्रेम है। क्योंकि दिन भर तो हम अपने काम काज मे व्यस्त रहते हैं। दिन मे हम प्रेम की कल्पना भी नही कर पाते। क्योंकि हमारे काम हमने कल्पना भी नही करने देते। हमने भौतिक उत्पाद को तो बढ़ा दिया पर उसका हमें मूल्य चुकाना पारा। मूल्य तो चुकाना ही परता है। बिना मूल्य चुकाए सिर्फ़ सत्य ही मिल सकता है। सत्य को छोर कर हर चीज का मूल्य चुकाना परता है। भौतिक उत्पाद मे बढोतरी का मूल्य ये है की हमने प्रेम को भुला दिया। बस प्रेम राख के रूप मे रह गई है। की कभी कोई रोमियो जूलियट हुआ होगा। की कभी कोई लैला मजनू हुआ होगा। अब लैला मजनू नही पैदा होते। हो भी नही सकते। कोई सम्भावना नही है की पारमार्थिक प्रेमी पैदा हो जाए। कहाँ से होगा ? समाज अब उपभोक्तावादी हो गया है। प्रेम करने की जगह नही है अब। कब प्रेम करोगे? समय नही है प्रेम करने का। आज हर कोई व्यस्त है अपने काम काज me। "Sweetheart, I am in the middle of a meeting call u later!!" अब प्रेम नही होते हैं, अब मीटिंग होती है।

प्रेम का वास्तविक सिद्धांत था अद्वैत को प्राप्त करना। प्रेम अद्वैत की तरफ की यात्रा है। दो मिल के एक होना। एक होना हमारी गहनतम आकांक्षा है। प्रेम तो बस माध्यम है। होना तो हमें एक ही है। चाहे वो प्रेम से हो या फिर ध्यान से हो या फिर किसी और माध्यम से हो। हम दो नही समझ सकते। दो होता भी नही हैं। क्योंकि अस्तित्व एक है। इसलिए एक होना हमारी गहनतम आकांक्षा है। अगर तुम ठीक से अवलोकन करो तो हमारे सारे कार्य अद्वैत की तरफ़ की यात्रा है। बस हमें प्रतीति होती है की बहोत कुछ हो रहा है। हो कुछ भी नही रहा है। मृगतृष्णा की भांति हम जीवन काटते हैं। की भविष्य मे कुछ मिल जाए। अब तक तो कुछ मिला नही। अगर कुछ मिलना ही होता तो अब तक मिल गया होता। जन्म जन्मान्तर बीत जाते हैं फिर भी हमारी निगाहें भविष्य पे टिकी होती हैं। की कहीं कुछ मिल जाए। और नही मिलता है। कभी किसी को नही मिला। कुछ है ही नही तो मिलेगा क्या। और अगर मिले भी, तो मिल ही गया। अब मिले, तब मिले उस से क्या फर्क परता है। अगर मिलेगा, तो ये समझो की मिल ही गया। क्योंकि मिलेगा ही, मतलब मिल ही गया। फिर किस बात का रोना धोना। क्योंकि सब तो मिला ही हुआ है तुम्हे। मिलेगा, मतलब मिल ही गया, मतलब मिला ही हुआ है।
