This weekend

This weekend is going nice...Yesterday went to AoL headquarter Bangalore. These days Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is staying in Bangalore aashram. So, just thought to make a visit to him. I along with my friend reached there arouns 2 pm. It's situtate at Kanakpur Road some half hour drive away from Banshankari. It was a rainy day. I enjoyed the beauty of nature there. Sky was filled with black cloud and winds were flowing at huge speed as I was standing on the third floor of Vishalakshi. I saw the horizon when sun was settling down. Amzing it was. I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of nature over there. Plateu and forest beauty. Then it started raining for non-stop 3 hours while I meditated at the ground floor of Vishalakshi. It was amazing beauty of nature. At 7:30pm rain stopped then attended Satsang with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Wanted to talk to him but he is always surrounded by crowds. So, could not talk to him. That's the problem. Don't grow so large that it becomes uncontrollable. That's what is happening with him. He has too many followers to pay individual attention. It has become almost mechanical now. Spirit is dying. Which for some reason he is not able to recognize. I am not against him. But I am in difference with him. I never believe in Individual. My believe is - there is nothing extraordinary when a given person is good or great. It's absolutely normal for me. To me even Buddha, Jesus and Mahavira are extremely normal person. I believe in totality. I AM NOT A INDIVIDUALIST. Never. I believe in whole. In completeness. In everybody. If I am great, it doesn't matter to me. What matters to me when everyone is great. Everybody has to be treated equal. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar treat himself slightly superior to others. For the reason he ask his followers to worship him. I do not object it, but I do not support it either. Personal greatness is nothing. It's your personal matter. Keep it with you. If you are great, keep it with you. Don't shout. Let others find their self. Do not interfere about other's enlightenment. One person has knowledge an rest all is in grave is bullshit. Everybody should gain the knowledge. In Buddhism there is no one like Buddha. In Christanity there is no one like Jesus. In Aol there is no one like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. So, my point is one great person cannot produce another great person. A great person has to be produced by itself. You probably would not have to be worried about other's enlightenment. Trust me you cant do that. Buddha could not do. Everybody has individual life. Let him live his life. Do not interfere. What you are doing is - you are simply interfering. So far I have not seen in any religious organization where a follower has become greater than it's founder. They won't let it happen. Pope wont let it happen. Why founder will be always greater? Why everybody looks towards Sri Sri and not other Saints/Swamis in AoL. What's so special about him. Nothing. There is nothing special about it. There can't be special about it. Everybody is special and unique. Equal. That's one reason I had said great people create too much disparity in the society. They do more damage to society than benefit. Imagine what will happened if Buddha and Jesus meet on a street. Two great soul meets on the street. What will happen? Most probably nothing will happen. The best thing that can ever happen is nothing to happen. But something can happen between their followers. Perhaps a war. A world war. Extinction of humanity. Don't feel surprised if Christians and Muslim fight and the whole world is extinct. That can happen. I see that. Anyways, I thoroughly enjoyed there :)
Today, went to attend entrepreneur meet at M G Road this morning. There were tens of young entrepreneurs/aspiring-entrepreneurs. We discussed ideas, problems, solutions that a stratup can face. Lots of things are happening in Startup world in Bangalore. Sometimes, I feel like to leave job and become entrepreneur. Lol

Attended Startup Satruday

Today got a chance to attend Startup Saturday at IIM Bangalore. It was organized by NSRCEL. Overall it was very nice. Basically what they do is they try to evaluate your Business Plan. To analyze it's feasibility in the market. And they also help you to implement it if your idea is good. Startup Satruday happens at every second Saturday of every month. But this month due to election last Saturday, it happened today. There were some 60-70 people attending the program. JobeeHive guys demonstrated us what they are about to launch within 2-3 weeks. They are making a platform for startup, and people. Something like linkedin. Go there put ur photos videos, comment on companies, discuss pay structure perhaps anonymously etc. Good Idea. All the best to these Guys. They have been doing this since last 8 months. One more guy gave a demo of skype voice chat recorded. It record your voice chat and upload it to their website. You can also do voice best search in the saved voice chat. Good product he made!
Good Job NSRCEL! Must visit if you have a startup or willing to start.

Settling in India or USA

For we techie this is always an open question where to work? India or USA? Both has it's pros and cons. In USA where you get rich dollars but that keeps you busy life and keeps you away from family. In India, money may not be that much, but at least you enjoy to stay in your homeland. However from business perspective, in spite of so much slowdown in the finance sector, USA is still an undisputed land of limitless opportunity. One of my business partner in NJ is forcing me hard to come to NJ. Me being from VLSI background is difficult to get a job in NJ. As to my knowledge there is no or not so good VLSI companies in NJ. Getting a job in silicon valley should not be a big deal. What I wanted to do was, incorporate in USA. And start with consultancy first. Then to service based. Then to product based. Consultancy is easier. Everybody can be a consultant. Get paid project from USA and do it at low cost in India.
As of today, I am not feeling to work in USA. My job is such that if I get high-speed Internet and electricity in my village, I can peacefully work from there. Provided my manager allows me to work from home. What it needs is just a VPN access to company's network.

How Ethical?

I want to do a startup. My parents wants me to do normal job. What should I do in this case? Should I disobey my parents? Should I become too conscious about my career? I am thankful to my parents to give me birth. But my journey is separate. I came through him. But I don't belong to him. Practically, I exist as a separate entity. Family is a social arrangement. Only humans have concept of family. No animal has concept of family. Have you ever seen an animal marrying? Father is nothing but a social arrangement. Family is a group of people with whom you spend slightly more time as compared to others. You stay under same roof. That's practicality. My father is just a medium to give me a birth. The whole creation has to support the birth. Has to sustain a birth. Each and every atom of the universe has to support birth. Has to accommodate birth. So, that way I am son of every atom of the universe. Because every atom contributed in some manner in my creation. That's the real feeling of gratitude. The gratitude you feel towards your dad is partial. It's not a pure gratitude. If for some reason your dad stop sending you money you would start hating him. Because you had a conditional gratitude towards him. You have to feel complete gratitude towards everybody. Not just for your dad. Feel complete gratitude towards everybody. Including you enemies also. Lol. Let's take an example of a stranger. Society has polluted the word stranger. The very first impression of the word stranger is something obscure, something unknown. Something fishy. This changes your whole attitude towards strangers. You start treating strangers an unwanted person. Because this is what society has taught you which you have been following for centuries. Like an blind obedient follower. But you missed a lot. Like you have three types of numbers - positive, negative and neutral. Similarly you have 3 kinds of people. First your family and friends. Second your enemies and criticizers. Third strangers. You know some people. You cannot know 6 B people. So for you, number of strangers is much more than the number of peoples in your family and friends. So, that way importance of strangers is increased. Don't think only your friends and family are helping you. Everybody is helping everybody in some manner. Of which you have no idea. You have no idea how a person in Sahara is helping you indirectly. Even if strangers are not helping you directly, then atleast they are not doing something bad with you. Much better case.
Now if I do a startup then my parents will be unhappy. So what should I do? I have my own ego. My dad has his own. Two ego clashes, most probably destructively. I do not say that I don't have ego. TBF - I have a huge ego. I am trying to give it up. But the more I give the more it builds up.I am not saying I am right, and my dad is wrong. No one is right or wrong here. Only perspective is different. My dad has been working in the same organization for almost 30 years. What a consistency. I changed my job in just 2.5 years of my job. I am not competing with my dad to show my consistency. I have a different perspective. He has different. Now its just matter of chance that our perspective doesn't match. Sometimes it happens. A father will never believe his son talking more intellectually than him. You might be able to defeat your dad in a debate, but his inner core won't accept it. Because he has a mindset running from 30 years of being a Creator of his son's existence. And Creator is always bigger. He saw you as infant. He made you walking. He has seen your childhood. How you were not even able to walk or speak. Now the same son who was not even able to speak when imparts his idealism on his dad then his dad is hurt. He get shocked. This where comes the son's duty to respect dad's feeling. If your son is fully illuminated. You will be in trouble. He won't listen you. Buddha didn't listen to his dad. Suddhodan loved him a lot. Perhaps more than any father who would have ever loved his son. The strange thing happens when Buddha goes to meet his dad after his enlightenment. Sudhodana was behaving as if his son is still the same Siddhartha whom he used to lift on his lap. Suddhodan had no idea of Buddha's spiritual status. He cannot see that. Because, he is the cause of his birth.
To please my parents, I am not doing any formal startup in the immediate future.
